Returns & Store Credit Policy

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
• The item must be returned to us and received within the 14-day period
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued a store credit valid for future purchases.

 

Non Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

• Items returned outside the 14-day timeframe
• Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately within the 14 day timeframe for an exchange.

2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
4. Store credit will be issued once the item is received and approved
